Hair Growth Starter Kit

Apply Chebe Growth Souffle’ to hair and scalp to strengthen hair and stimulate follicles once weekly or as needed. Also, can be used to style or as a heat protector. Apply drops daily to the scalp and hair to stimulate hair follicles and promote hair growth daily. Use a massage brush to stimulate follicles gently in a circular motion. Use in shower with 1 to 2 drops in the palm of hand with conditioner. Massage scalp with shampoo massage brush. Leave for about 10 to 15 minutes to moisturize hair as treatment for the scalp. Spray Nourish Moisture Mist generously on dry or wet hair from roots to ends; gently massage your hair and scalp with your fingertips; this product can be used as a natural leave-in conditioner or a rinse-out conditioner. Aids dry and itchy scalp. * Each person’s hair growth journey is different. Results vary by individual. Follow instructions carefully and you can expect visible results by month 3, with full effect around month 4.

We ask for a minimum of 7-10 business days for processing and shipping, depending on product availability and order volume. 
Please allow 15 business days if you ordered during a sale or up to 4 weeks if you ordered during the Holiday Season for processing. Once processed (7-10 business days), your order is shipped (3-5 business days to get to you).
 
Shipping:

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), Monday through Friday. Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If product is out of stock, please allow 7-10 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. 
PROCESSING REFERS TO HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO MAKE THE PRODUCTS. ALL OF AMANDLA BEAUTY PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE & FILLED TO ORDER. NOTHING IS MASS PRODUCED LEADING TO SLIGHTLY LONGER PROCESSING.
PRE-SHIPMENT OCCURS WHEN WE HAVE PRINTED YOUR LABEL. WE OFTEN PRINT LABELS EARLY IN THE PROCESSING RANGE, FULFILL ORDERS ACCORDINGLY AND DO A MASS PACKAGE DROP OFF LATER IN THE WEEK. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR PACKAGE CAN REMAIN IN PRE-SHIPMENT FOR UP TO A WEEK. 
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping

Replacement Items:
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days or receipt, and we will ship a replacement item to you. Please email photos of a damaged item/package to AmandlaBeauty@gmail.com. Include the name of product, your name, order number etc. This will assist us to improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.

No returns will be provided, or discounts will be provided for missed sales.

Due to the nature of Amandla Beauty products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to try and find a solution, however this is not a guarantee. 

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged to you for us to reship your order.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Amandla Beauty LLC. does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered, delivered, etc.
